Ausbildung is a vocational diploma added with work experience. Candidates are trained in the skills related to their chosen field. Candidates can pursue post-graduation post completion of the course.
The duration of the training period is for 3 years. After the completion of the nursing course, the candidates automatically have the status of a registered nurse; no additional practical training or exam required to work as a registered nurse.
With the degree the candidate can work everywhere, meaning in medical facilities to take care of aged citizens as well as in general hospitals. The degree is recognized in Germany and all over Europe.
The training will be in geriatric care (mainly in care homes for old aged citizens for practical training), healthcare and children's nursing are combined in a generalist vocational training with the professional title of "nursing specialist".
- Care and support for patients in various medical fields.
- Support of patients with food intake, personal hygiene, maintenance of mobility and care organization.
- Carry out patient observations and independently initiate individually adapted care activities (change of dressing or administration of medication and infusions)
- Takeover of patient care documentation as well as planning
- Assistance tasks in medical diagnostic and therapeutic measures. The candidates also have the option to go for further studies after the completion of the course for example with the goal to specialize in a particular domain such as child care, surgical care or emergency care.

- Stipend amounts during the program - The medical facilities for aged citizens which are the practical training partners for the program will pay a monthly stipend to the candidates to cover all the living and lodging costs during the time of their education:
First Year: 900-1175 € per month
Second Year: 975-1250 € per month
Third Year: 1050-1350 € per month

- After the successful graduation from the program each participant is assured placement with the practical training partner with a starting salary of minimum 2300-3000€ p.m
- The students are eligible for PR after 5 years of continued stay in Germany (3 Years of Ausbildung+ 2 Years of Employment)
- Once you sign up for the program, you interview with the Client, get a conditional offer letter –then start with German language training up to B2 Level, and fly to Germany on completion of the certification of B2 and visa formalities.

During the time the candidates undergo their training Program, they will be given the option to stay in company’s owned guest houses in a two-bedroom arrangement with a private bathroom and kitchen. While the candidates are with the enterprise and at school, they will live in shared flats, occupied by 2 candidates per flat. The cost of lodging, boarding and transportation is approx. 450€. (approx. INR 40,000/-) per month.

Course curriculum is taught in German language and the candidates must write exams at the end of the course to get course completion certificate. To make sure foreign students are able to understand the course, B1/B2 level certification is made mandatory for visa application.

Once you complete your degree program you will get a long-term work visa and you will not be required to come back unless you want to do so. It is important to know that once you have worked for two more years after your degree program you would be eligible for permanent residency in Germany.
Yes, your Visa category allows you to work in Germany while you’re doing your training. You can work for an additional 10 hours /week or 40 hours in the month and earn more if they desire in any other organization except your current employer.

You get a training degree from the Government of Germany, which is one of the most sought- which allows you to seamlessly get employment in all countries in Europe. This training program of 3 years is counted as your residence in Germany. You only have to stay 2 more years, and you become eligible for PR in Germany.
As graduate students, most overseas candidates worry about their costs when they’re doing their degree program, but since this is a training program you would be getting a stipend, which would be more than enough to cover your stay expenses in Germany.

Passing of Goethe B1 is compulsory and is mandatory for application for visa and going to Germany. The candidate has to pass the exams on his own efforts and by his/ her dedication, perseverance and honesty in the class. We can only provide quality education but the efforts to pass the exams will be the responsibility of the candidate. If they don't pass the exams in time their contract may be terminated and no refund will be given.
The candidates will share 2-3 room flats (see example) which will be arranged for them upon arrival. As part of our service, we will arrange the flats along with the connection for internet, water and electricity. Heating is already included as part of the rental agreement.
