The initial screening, document verification, and CV creation

Candidates shall be undergoing shall be undergoing eligibility check for their job placement as a nurse in Germany. We will do initial screening of the candidate as per the profile requirements in Germany followed by document verification (education & experience).

Once candidate is found suitable, CV creation as per the foreign employer requirements.

    

German agency/ partner to conduct the interview and issue conditional offer letter for employment

Preliminary interviews with our German recruiting partners shall be arranged post CV sharing. Candidates shall be trained by our team before the interviews.

Selected candidates shall get conditional offer/ employment guarantee letter. Candidate shall be completing enrolment and sign the program agreement with GenRise.

*Conditional offer letters shall be shared once the program agreement is signed.

    

German Language and Culture Training (8 Months)

Selected/Shortlisted candidates shall have to undergo German language and cultural training for 8 months as specified in the conditional letter. Candidate shall be trained for Goethe B2 level Examination. Post completing of course candidates shall be asked to sit for Goethe B2 level Exam

Post candidates attain B2 level, interviews with the Germany hospitals shall be arranged in collaboration with our Germany partners. Interviews shall be conducted in German language for employer placement.

License Recognition

Post receiving employment confirmation, nursing license recognition process shall be initiated. This includes all candidates’ documents translation in German language, attestation by person recognized by German agency and application in Germany for license recognition.

    

Visa processing & move/fly to Germany

Once license recognized, other process for Visa shall be carried out and candidates shall be handed over the air tickets.

Candidates shall be received by our German partner in Germany and shall be assisted in getting settled down.
