Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist elderly or disabled individuals with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in the physical or emotional condition of care recipients.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and a respectful environment in care facilities or homes.
- Support healthcare teams and follow care plans effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physically fit and emotionally strong to handle caregiving tasks.
- Willingness to learn basic Japanese and adapt to Japanese culture and work ethics.
