About TITP

Administered by the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT),

TITP commenced in 1993 in Japan. The program aims to contribute to developing countries by accepting its people and transferring skills through On-the-job Training (OJT) in Japan. It promotes international cooperation through transfer of skills, techniques and knowledge gained by technical interns to the developing nations. This will not only contribute to the human resource development but will drive economic growth of the said regions.

Why Japan and TITP?

Aging Population – JAPAN’s average age is above 48 years with almost no young people to work thus facing shortage of workforce. In comparison, India’s average age is 26 years. As per some recent studies, the population of JAPAN is further expected to shrink by 30% to 40% by 2030. The Japanese government has introduced the TITP program which aims at hiring overseas trainees to fill the vacant jobs in various Japanese Companies for a period of 3-5 years. The aim is to train these trainees so that they can utilize their acquired skills in their respective home countries on return. Presently over 2.5 lacs overseas trainees from Asian countries such as Vietnam, China, Philippines, Nepal & Bangladesh are working in JAPAN. Recently, the Government of JAPAN has tied up with the Government of INDIA to hire trainees under TITP from INDIA. As of March 2021, already 220 candidates from India have gone to JAPAN under TITP.

Nursing Care Worker is a category where candidates will learn the advanced skills of caregiving while undergoing internship in Japanese Caregiving facilities for a period of 3-5 in Japan and shall be primarily engaged in physical care which shall include the following:

Nursing Caregiver is expected to manage and perform related and associated work while practicing above mentioned job roles for the elderly people, which may or may not be in form of physical care. Language Training

    

The initial screening, document verification, and CV creation

Candidates shall be undergoing shall be undergoing eligibility check for their job placement as a nurse in Germany. We will do initial screening of the candidate as per the profile requirements in Germany followed by document verification (education & experience).

Once candidate is found suitable, CV creation as per the foreign employer requirements.

    

Registration and signing of the contract

  1. Candidate shall complete the registration process with GenRise in this step. You will be asked to fill up the application form and submission of a copy of your education testimonials.

  2. Candidate shall be signing the program agreement with GenRise.

    

Japanese Language and Culture Training (6-8 Months)

Selected/Shortlisted candidates shall have to undergo Japanese language and cultural training for 6-8 months or as per the requirement of the Japanese employer. Candidate shall be trained for JLPT/NAT N4 level Examination. Post completing of course candidates shall be asked to sit for JLPT/NAT N4 level Exam

TITP interviews arranged by Japanese Supervising Organisations

Japanese supervising/ implementing organizations to conduct the final interview and issue the employment contract in the format as specified by JITCO/ OTIT.

    

Documentation completion for the receipt of COE, application for Visa.

Post receipt of the employment contract, documentation for the application of Certificate of eligibility (COE) shall be completed.

Candidate shall be undergoing further level of Japanese language training in parallel to documentation process. Focus shall be given on speaking skills and cultural orientation.

Visa shall be applied on behalf of candidate post receipt of COE.

    

Candidate shall be supported by GenRise throughout the their stay in Japan under technical internship program of 3 to 5 years.

Pre Departure Training

We have collaborated with Furusawa Japanese Academy to provide Language and Cultural training to our candidates.

The candidates, here, are trained by highly qualified and experienced Japanese Native and Indian faculty using Smart classrooms with computer aided teaching methodology.

Pre-Departure Training has been designed to acquaint the candidates with Japanese Language and Culture.

Candidates going to Japan under TITP need to understand the language, norms and customs for their hassle-free and comfortable stay in Japan. PDT includes 420 hours of training over a period of 6-8 months during which the candidates would get a hands-on understanding of Japanese language, culture, lifestyle and customs.

Our Process

The initial screening, document verification, and CV creation
