Genrise Global Staffing has been the perfect recruitment agency for me at each and every step. I would say the factors that stood out and made me choose them over other agencies were that they were registered under the Ministry of External affairs and the fact that they provide local support & accommodation after reaching the foreign country. It was also helpful that they not only had a well structured payment and processing plan, but also were very transparent in communication. I came across them while doing my higher secondary education and exploring career opportunities. A newspaper advertisement by Genrise Global Staffing brought me to a seminar held by them. And since that point they have been integral in my journey. I signed my agreement with them in 2023 and waited till the next year [2024] to go forward with the language training because I still had one more year to complete my education. The language training with their language partner, the examination, the interview preparation, language assessment, employer's interview and the rest of the processing have been pretty smooth sailing with them. Currently as I have received my contract and waiting for the day my hard work fruits and I travel to Germany, I'm grateful to Genrise Global Staffing and to Meenu ma'am and Thanzil sir, who have been immensely helpful and supportive through and through. And I do wonder what I would be doing if I didn't come across the newspaper advertisement.
